I became the busiest PT in the country by doing one thing differently.

I didn't sell workouts. I sold transformation. I used my background in Sports Psychology to figure out what was actually holding people back, then coached them through it. The physical change was always a byproduct of the mental one.

"When your mind is strong, everything else follows. That's what I teach my clients."

I lost my dad at 12. Became the man of the house overnight. That experience taught me something no qualification ever could. I went from the gym coffee shop to running classes of 50+ people, and now I coach the next generation of trainers on how to actually build a roster.

Now I'm taking that same approach online with busy professionals who want real change, not just another spreadsheet.

Most coaches give you a programme and check in once a week. I work with the cognitive processes behind your behaviour first, then build the training around it. The body responds to the mind. We start there.

Before we touch a workout, we map what drives your behaviour. Why you quit. Why you self-sabotage. Why discipline disappears after two weeks. We fix the root.

What's the difference between Basic and Mind & Body Transformation?

Basic Coaching is £250/month. It gives you structured training, nutrition guidance, direct support, and a weekly Sunday Loom check-in. It's the right fit if what you need is a clear plan with consistent accountability. Mind & Body Transformation is £450/month. You get everything in Basic, plus two 20-minute phone calls per week and deeper psychology-led work on discipline, identity, confidence, and emotional control. The right option depends on whether you need structure or whether you want to remap how you actually think and behave.

I'm too busy to train consistently. Will this work for me?

That's exactly who this is built for. Your programme is designed around your real schedule. If you have three hours a week, we'll make those count. The psychology side is what keeps you showing up when life gets hectic, not the willpower you've been relying on.

Is this for men only or men and women?

Both. The work is the same regardless of gender. The pattern is universal: high performers who know what to do but can't stay consistent. The coaching is built around the individual.

What if I travel a lot or work internationally?

Online coaching works from anywhere. Hotels, home gyms, basic gyms, body weight only. The plan adapts to where you are that week. Many of the clients I work with are in different countries to me. It's not a barrier.

What if I've tried coaching before and failed?

Then the coaching wasn't built right. Most programmes only address the physical. If your mindset doesn't change, your behaviour won't either. That's the gap I work in. We deal with the thinking first. The training takes care of itself once that's in place.
